Meet and greet in Wreay village hall at 7 pm, saunter over to the extraordinary building that is St Mary’s Church for an 8 pm concert to celebrate the release of Elaine’s latest album, Nothing but Love. Elaine will be joined by Nick Jenkins and Laurence Blackadder. Return to the village hall for an open session ( bring your instruments! ). All welcome.

Skiddaw House acoustic session

Cumbrian folk singer-songwriter Elaine Davidson, accompanied by violinist Nick Jenkins
are returning to play their second 1550ft session this October. Entrancing and soulful with
lyrics full of stories, Elaine's voice is perfectly accompanied by the soaring notes of Nick's violin.
Elaine has played across Europe and has recently released her 4th album “ Nothing but Love “.

Nick Jenkins is renowned for his fiddle-playing but also for running the long house stage at
Knockengorroch festival.

Penrith Goes Orange

Elaine , Laurence and Nick will be playing two spots at the Penrith Goes Orange Festival. Their first set will be on King St starting at 11 AM and then they will reappear (as if by magic!) at 2 PM on the bandstand at the Cornmarket, outside the Board & Elbow! See you there!
